Our policy
For hygiene reasons, fragrances can be returned only if they are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost.
How to return
- Email info@eluxurystores.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will arrange a courier collection from your address within the UAE.
- Once inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
