How long does delivery take?
Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman orders placed before 2 pm arrive the same or next day. Other emirates take 1–2 business days. We currently deliver within the UAE only.
Is delivery free?
UAE delivery is complimentary on orders over AED 250. Below that, a flat AED 20 fee applies.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, cash or card on delivery is available across the UAE, alongside online card payments and Apple Pay.
Can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order ships. You can also view order status in My Account.

How long does an ALBI perfume last?
All ALBI scents are eaux de parfum and typically last 8 hours or more on skin, longer on clothing.
Which fragrance should I choose?
Use our Find Your Scent tool on the homepage, try the Discovery Set, or contact us for a personal recommendation.
Are your perfumes unisex?
Every ALBI fragrance is designed to be worn by anyone. Noor, Khayal and Hayat are the most versatile; Layl suits evenings.
How should I store my perfume?
Keep the bottle in its box, away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid storing it in the car or bathroom.
Returns & Gifting
What is your return policy?
Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Is gift wrapping available?
Every order is wrapped in our signature box with ribbon. Add a free handwritten message at checkout.
